Child Policy
 

Guests under the age of 18 are not accepted at the hotel without their parent/legal guardian, whether travelling alone or accompanied by a family friend, friend, or relative.

In cases of joint custody, if the mother and child are travelling together, written consent from the father is required; if the father and child are travelling together, written consent from the mother is required. If both parents are staying at the hotel but their child will stay in a separate room accompanied by a family friend, friend, or relative, written consent from both the mother and father is required.

In cases where custody is not shared, the court-issued custody decision must be presented. If the child arrives at the hotel with the parent who holds custody, no written consent is required. If the mother has custody and the child arrives with the father, written consent from the mother is required; if the father has custody and the child arrives with the mother, written consent from the father is required. If a child travelling with the custodial parent will stay in the same room with a family friend, friend, or relative, written consent from the custodial parent is required.

If one of the parents is deceased, written consent is not required; however, a Detailed Population Registration Record obtained via e-Government (e-Devlet) must be presented to the hotel.

For guests arriving from abroad, there is also a possibility that authorised officers may request a document demonstrating the joint consent of both parents during entry to or exit from the country.
